Sunny days ahead...

Ahh, summer. Time to lay on the beach, get some rays, and above all, rest and relaxation.

That's all good and well, but for me, there's nothing less relaxing than being on a beach in a bathing suit that doesn't fit and flatter, especially in the chesticular area, ifyaknowwhaddimsayin'! As a big-busted girl, there is simply no greater sartorial challenge (in my book at least) than swimwear. It's hard, nay, close to impossible to find bathing suits that support a larger than average chest - unless you know where to look!

I rounded up a few of my favorite suits from brands Freya, Panache, and Fantasie. They all go up to at least a G cup, and some up to a J! For the record, I bought the black belted Freya one-piece in a 34GG and the fit is just fantastic. I've never felt so supported in a swimsuit ever.  That's because it, and all of the suits below, has a full bra inside the suit -  underwire, hook and eye closures and all! I can't wait to buy another one, I'm torn between the black and white tankini from Fantasie or the zig-zaggy tankini from Freya! (edit: I went with the Freya!)

Yesterday was Everybody, Everwear's neon day, so how perfectly appropriate is this outfit I wore out for dinner and drinks in Hoboken on Saturday? This scarf, which I picked up on a whim at Kohl's, has quickly become my favorite and is practically a staple in my wardrobe at the moment. I'm wearing it right now in fact -  it goes with everything! For those nights when I'm not in the mood to go out in a dress or anything all that revealing, an outfit like this is my go to - A few pops of color, an interesting tank, and a cute heel amp up the funk factor for a basic outfit that looks just as appropriate at the bar as it does at the office (yup, recycled this outfit on Monday!).

 I'm not sure which piece from eShakti Beth will choose, but if she needs a bit of inspiration, I wore the gorgeous Keyhole Front Eyelet Dress to a bridal shower this past weekend. I can't tell you how many compliments I got on it! I love the lady-like tea length and fit and flare silhouette, but my favorite part is the sassy keyhole front. Love! If you're between sizes, I recommend sizing down, the smocking in the back will stretch to accommodate your waist :)
