Guys, ASOS and I are in a fight. We had some great times together, and all of the sudden, it decided it wanted to cause a ruckus. I placed an order with ASOS on October 7th. On October 10th, I got my shipping confirmation, with a delivery date of October 19th. On October 26th, ASOS Customer Care told me that international orders sometimes have delays, so give it 'til the 29th.
It's now November 2nd and I still haven't received my package!! I want my tribal dress and booties and awesome bracelet!! This is so disappointing because ASOS is pretty much my favorite retailer and I don't want to have to think twice about ordering there again :(
Has anyone else had the same problem recently?? Did you ever get your package??
I know that Desiree over at the Frugalista Fashionista had some problems with them recently with shipping. She finally contacted them and they said that her stuff got lost in the mail. They ended up giving her a full refund. Hopefully if that's the case with you, you'll be able to get your money back and reorder your stuff.

ReplyDeleteThis must be serendipitous but I just randomly came across your blog. I'm from NY and I had the EXACT same problem!! I suggest emailing customer care. They responded within 24 hours and have been very easy to deal with.
I waited until 10/29 and contacted them asking for either a full refund or a duplicate shipment of my original order. Since I ordered two items, one was re-shipped (via express shipping so I can track it online) and the other item was refunded immediately since they were out of stock.

Looks like that's what's going to happen for me too :( So disappointing because I love what I ordered and there's no way there's any left overs now! :***( Killin me ASOS!
