I'm usually not a big fan of Torrid - I find their clothes a little young and way too expensive for what you're getting, but for $12 plus shipping, I couldn't pass up this sunny little beauty:
I love the ruffles on this! It'll look so cute under a cardigan/sweater/jacket.
