If I had a million dollars...ASOS Curve Edition
ASOS Curve - you are totally unfair. Just when I think I'm over you and that you're not worth the money, you come out with some gems that take every ounce of my willpower to resist.
I've been a bit bored of the neutral palette that seems to have taken over the ASOS Curve line, but even so, there are some pieces that I can totally see myself in, like the Jersey Wrap Top (top right) or the Collar Insert Dress (middle right). The dress is just beyond adorable - I love the cut outs at the neckline! Just very cute and different, and a good length for Spring/Summer (I always assume that ASOS dresses will fall lower on the leg on me than they do on the models...considering these girls are 5'10 and 5'11 and I'm a mere 5'5, it's worked out pretty well so far!) The wrap top looks sooo flattering - I might get it in that rusty color only because a) I've got a million and one black tops, and b) I think some of the pretty draping detail would get lost in black. Not sure yet though, but that's one piece I'm definitely planning to eventually buy. My other for sure piece is the Printed Button Front Cami (bottom left). I'm completely smitten with the graphic print and it just looks so easy breezy for spring and summer. It's a top that I can see doing a lot of double (and triple, and quadruple) duty - under a cardi for work, tucked into a skirt, with a pair of denim bermudas and sandals, or with a pair of white jeans (which is how I saw it first and fell in love).
I do love these other pieces as well but, know what killer sales ASOS has at the end of the season makes me hesitant to pay full price for them now. I'll definitely waiting for a discount!
Are there any ASOS Curve pieces you're dying for?

Oh my goodness. I SWOOOON for the Collar Insert Dress. SO PRETTY. The color is gorgeous! You find SUCH AWESOME STUFF at ASOS!
ReplyDeleteI want to get that same midi skirt but it kills me to pay full price. I think I'm going to wait with you until that sale comes around:)
ReplyDeleteLoooove. So in love. I will tell you though, I ordered the Printed Button Front Cami, print is just as fabulous as you think but its really long! I'm 5'7" and it was hitting nearly mid-thigh. I sent it back, although I could argue a quick trip to the tailor could have fixed the length...
ReplyDeleteI have never heard of this store!! Until now! Thank you thank you!! I am going to go take a look right now haha
ReplyDelete@Diana Aren't they great?? I do believe they have maternity as well, though I'm not sure if there's plus maternity...but the plus line is great in anycase :)
ReplyDelete@Elle hmm see I don't know that that would bother me so much! I bet it'd be really cute with leggings at that length! I'm definitely still going to get it and go to a tailor if need be!
@Gabi Agreed! Can't wait for their sale!
@Kim Isn't that dress adorable? They have it in a pretty peach color as well!
I have been stalking the skirt as well!!! I am really feeling neutrals for the spring because it just makes me feel light and fresh:-)
ReplyDeleteThey have such gorgeous pieces!! I'm really smitten with this scalloped hem shift dress they have...
